Return & Exchange Policy
At Sol & Sage Interiors, we believe your home should feel like you—and that includes getting every detail just right. If something isn’t quite what you expected, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (with tags, if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different color, size, or item? We’re happy to accommodate!

Exchanges are processed once we receive and approve the original item.

Email us to reserve the item you’d like to exchange for—we’ll make sure it doesn’t sell out while you wait.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that final sale, custom, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
